Position Summary

What you'll do... Provides comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and developing other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signage, stock and inventory management, budgeting, and sales forecasting. Develops and maintains cross-functional relationships, assesses economic trends and demographics. Models and enforces customer service standards, provides direction to associates, and ensures customer issues are resolved within company guidelines. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to serve as community members. Ensures compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, maintains confidentiality, and manages pharmacy operations including inventory, financials, and quality patient care. Ensures adherence to compliance standards, promotes a culture of safety, and fosters a respectful, inclusive environment. Acts with integrity, serves customers, and strives for excellence by encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
