• Supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
• Maintaining safety standards by following safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Fulfilling Member orders accurately, ensuring order completeness, and managing out-of-stock issues.
• Providing excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Adhering to company policies, demonstrating integrity, respecting individuals, and fostering a culture of belonging and teamwork.
