Job description

Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock issues.

Completes work efficiently by collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Provides excellent Member service through needs assessment, assistance with purchases, issue resolution, and promoting products and services.

Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity, embracing diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, and promoting teamwork and trust.

Acts with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability, supporting Walmart's culture and sustainability goals.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
