Supports membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet membership goals.
Maintains facility safety by adhering to all safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift operation, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Fulfills member orders by reviewing, pulling, and securing items, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs.
Completes work assignments efficiently by utilizing policies and resources, collaborating with team members, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Provides excellent member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
