Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; identifying improvements; and adapting to changes and feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Ensures compliance with company policies and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and applying these standards in all business practices.
