$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities; communicating progress; and suggesting improvements.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Complies with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging, teamwork, and development.
7. Acts with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence through continuous learning and improvement.
