Position Summary

Supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working toward Membership goals.

Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling and disposal, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock issues.

Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; and seeking continuous improvement.

Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Adheres to policies, procedures, and ethical standards, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability, aligned with Walmart's values.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.

Supports continuous learning and innovation, embracing change and new technologies.
