Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, and adapting to feedback and changes.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and service.
