Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members and managers; identifying priorities and deadlines; executing tasks; communicating progress; suggesting improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Complies with policies, procedures, and ethics, including implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business practices.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00*. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the location.
