Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; executing tasks; communicating progress; suggesting improvements; and adapting to changes, difficulties, and feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. Complies with policies, procedures, and ethical standards through action plans, the Open Door Policy, and proper application of these in business practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable in the job location.

Additional premiums may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, with multiple premiums possibly applying.
