Job description

Position Summary...

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet membership goals.

Ensures facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

Completes Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring accuracy and availability to meet member needs.

Fulfills work priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, and communicating progress and improvements effectively.

Provides excellent member service by addressing needs, assisting in purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting company offerings.

Adheres to ethical standards and company policies, embracing diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, and building trusting relationships within the team.

Acts with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics, accountability, and transparency, and supporting the company's sustainability goals.
