Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; identifying improvement opportunities; and adapting to change and feedback.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
6. Adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethics, implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and executing business practices accordingly.
