Position Summary
What you'll do:
- Develops and supports Membership: by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of Facility: by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Completes work assignments and priorities: using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and adapting to change and feedback.
- Provides Member service: by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
- Ensures compliance: with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans, and applying the Open Door Policy in business practices.
- Respects the Individual: by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, building trust, motivating others, and fostering a culture of belonging.
