Overview

Position Summary: Support and promote Membership programs by providing information on benefits, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and engaging in sales and marketing events with an emphasis on meeting Membership goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and steel standard protocols.
• Fulfill Member Fax, Pull, and Click & Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan and wrap them, palletize, ensure order accuracy, secure items for delivery, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Prioritize work assignments using company policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Adopt and uphold company policies and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy, and drive continuous improvement and learning.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
