Position Summary

We are looking for a Member Services Associate to support membership through providing information on benefits, promoting products, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and engaging in sales and marketing events. The associate will also maintain facility safety, manage orders, complete work assignments, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding company policies and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value of company products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures and guidelines; conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfills Member Fax‑n‑Pull and Click‑n‑Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and securing items, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, and recommending improvements.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
• Respects individuals, works as a team, builds strong relationships, nurtures colleagues, and fosters an inclusive workplace.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
