Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. Participates in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Ensures facility safety by adhering to all safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, proper handling of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock items to meet member needs.

Completes work assignments effectively by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and adapting to changes. Communicates progress and suggests improvements.

Provides excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products. Complies with company policies and ethics.
