Position Summary

This role involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals.

It also includes maintaining facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper handling of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.

The position requires fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory effectively.

Responsibilities extend to completing work assignments efficiently, collaborating with team members, and providing excellent Member service by addressing needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues.
