Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items for Members, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members and partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; suggesting improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Complies with all policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy.

The hourly wage is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances. The actual rate will meet or exceed local minimum wages.
