Job description

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicating progress, and suggesting improvements.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, embracing differences, building trust, and fostering a culture of belonging.

Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards, being self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent, and supporting Walmart's culture.

Delivers results while prioritizing customer needs, making decisions based on reliable information, and considering the impact on team performance.
