This role involves leading and developing teams through effective teaching, training, and active listening. Responsibilities include store tours, providing feedback, communicating and collaborating across all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, and supporting business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. The role also requires introducing and leading change efforts, setting clear expectations, and guiding teams to implement business solutions. Demonstrating exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives, and ensuring customer needs and complaints are addressed effectively are key aspects of this position. Developing action plans to improve processes, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and driving financial performance through sales reviews, budgeting, expense control, and inventory management are also essential. The role includes supervising and developing associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Building strong relationships, motivating teams, and acting with integrity are fundamental. The annual salary range is $65,000 to $80,000 plus additional compensation based on performance and location.
