Additionally, it includes developing and mentoring associates, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion. The position emphasizes acting with integrity, serving customers, striving for excellence, and supporting Walmart's mission and values. Compensation includes a salary range of $65,000-$80,000 plus bonuses and benefits. Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or relevant experience, and preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, along with experience supervising multiple direct reports.
