Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Operations Management) and 1 year of supervisory experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, or equivalent experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager, or 3 years of supervisory experience in similar fields.
Experience in financial modeling, managing workforce challenges, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and supervising associates.
Relevant degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, and Operations Management.
