Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback, and support their development.
Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create a culture of belonging and support.
Act with integrity, uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, and support Walmart's values and sustainability efforts.
Deliver results with a customer-first approach, make data-driven decisions, and balance short- and long-term priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, with additional bonuses and potential location-based pay adjustments.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail, or 3 years experience supervising in similar environments, or 1 year as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager.
Experience in financial modeling, managing workforce issues, budgeting, P&L accountability, and supervising associates. Preferred degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
