Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.

Drive and implement the business plan for your area of responsibility to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety, and operational improvements.

Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.

Monitor compliance with logistics and company standards, develop procedures, and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.

Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback, and support their development.

Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create a culture of belonging and support.

Act with integrity, uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, and support Walmart's values and sustainability efforts.

Deliver results with a customer-first approach, make data-driven decisions, and balance short- and long-term priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, with additional bonuses and potential location-based pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail, or 3 years experience supervising in similar environments, or 1 year as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager.

Preferred Qualifications...

Experience in financial modeling, managing workforce issues, budgeting, P&L accountability, and supervising associates. Preferred degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
