Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, or Operations Management, plus 1 year of supervisory experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail, or equivalent experience managing teams and workloads in related environments.
Experience in financial modeling, managing workforce challenges, budgeting, P&L accountability, and supervising associates. Relevant degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
