Position Summary

Provide a concise overview of the role, highlighting key responsibilities and objectives.

What you'll do
  1. Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
  2. Drive and implement the business plan for your area to achieve facility goals, such as production, quality, and safety, and implement operational improvements.
  3. Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
  4. Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
  5. Ensure compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards by developing and maintaining procedures and documentation.
  6. Address associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment and consultation when needed.
  7. Supervise and manage associates and leaders by providing direction, monitoring performance, and offering feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  8. Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and foster a culture of belonging.
  9. Act with integrity, uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, and support Walmart's values and sustainability goals.
  10. Deliver results with a customer-first approach, making data-driven decisions and balancing priorities.
  11. Drive continuous improvement, adopt new technologies, and support change management.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and relevant experience in logistics, retail, or operations, including supervisory roles, or equivalent experience as specified.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial modeling, workforce management, budgeting, P&L accountability, and supervisory roles in logistics or retail. Relevant degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
