Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Position Summary

What you'll do... Develops, communicates, and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company, market, and local plans and tactics to direct the management team and associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction. Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates, addressing issues such as high turnover, engagement, inexperienced staff, and recruiting challenges in a competitive market. Ensures compliance with company policies, develops community outreach programs, drives financial performance, manages sales and inventory, and maintains store standards. Supports workforce development, fosters a culture of respect and integrity, and prioritizes customer service. Develops strategies to attract and retain talent, promotes a positive work environment, and builds external partnerships. Acts with integrity, serves customers, strives for excellence, and embraces continuous improvement.

The annual salary range is $110,000 to $170,000 plus additional compensation such as bonuses and location-based pay zones.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of management experience including financial accountability, supervising at least 50 associates, or 4 years of management experience with similar supervisory responsibilities. Additional requirements include passing background checks for firearm sales where applicable, and completing required trainings.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, experience as a Store Manager in various store complexities, or specific experience in grocery management.
