Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, providing guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Support membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits; processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encouraging renewals; participating in sales and marketing events; maintaining documentation; meeting membership goals; and promoting product and service value.
Ensure excellent member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, supporting self-service technology, handling transactions, and filling club pick-up orders.
Oversee assigned areas by managing claims and returns, organizing merchandise, maintaining carts, assisting members with transporting items, utilizing cart retrieval equipment, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
Handle financial documentation by following procedures, managing cash funds, preparing deposits, analyzing financial reports, assisting with investigations, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Develop and implement processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis, monitor progress, and identify improvements.
Promote compliance with company policies and ethics, guiding staff and addressing issues.
Lead and participate in teams, using resources effectively, understanding customer needs, coordinating work, providing feedback, and supporting change adaptation.

6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience. Must be 18 years or older.
Experience leading a front-end team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workloads.
