Position Summary

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is $65,000 - $80,000, with additional compensation such as performance bonuses, regional pay, and other benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and Walmart's Live Better U education program.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience

Additional requirements include successful completion of all job-specific trainings and assessments, and background checks for facilities selling firearms or ammunition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management and hiring
