Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, providing guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Supports membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits; processing memberships and upgrades; encouraging renewals; participating in sales and marketing; maintaining documentation; meeting membership goals; and promoting products and services.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on technology, and handling transactions and orders.
Oversees the assigned area by managing claims, organizing merchandise, handling shrink and damages, maintaining carts, assisting with transporting items, and keeping the parking lot clean.
Completes financial and administrative records following procedures, preparing deposits, analyzing reports, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining confidentiality.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, and monitoring.
Ensures compliance with policies and standards, promoting ethical practices and addressing issues.
Leads and participates in teams, coordinating work, providing support, and modeling adaptability.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience. Must be 18 or older.
Experience leading a front-end team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workloads.
