Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, providing guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Supports membership by informing members about types, programs, and benefits; processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encouraging renewals; participating in sales and marketing; maintaining documentation; meeting membership goals; and promoting Sam's Club products and services.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service tech, handling transactions, and filling club pickup orders.
Oversees assigned areas by managing claims and returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damage, maintaining carts, assisting with transporting items, and keeping the parking lot clean.
Completes financial documentation by following procedures, managing funds, creating reports, assisting investigations, preparing deposits, and maintaining confidentiality.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, monitoring, and improvement efforts.
Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics by guiding staff, implementing action plans, and supporting management in addressing issues.
Leads and participates in teams by resource sharing, determining needs, coordinating work, providing feedback, and modeling adaptability.

6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience. Must be 18 or older.
