Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and providing guidance on member service.
• Support membership efforts, process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and promote membership renewals.
• Ensure member service by assisting members, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology.
• Oversee assigned areas, handle claims, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete financial records, prepare deposits, and manage cash register operations.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, analyze information, and monitor progress.
• Promote compliance with company policies, support ethical standards, and lead team initiatives.
• Respect individuals, embrace diversity, build strong relationships, and mentor others.
• Act with integrity, maintain high standards of ethics, and support Walmart's culture.
• Deliver results with a customer-first approach, drive continuous improvement, and support change.

Minimum Qualifications
