Position Summary

As a Member Frontline Services Associate at Sam's Club, you will provide outstanding member service, maintain the checkout area, resolve member issues, promote Sam's Club products and services, guide members on self‑service technology, and process member purchases. You will also assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, follow company safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and handle merchandise appropriately.

What You’ll Do

• Provide member service, maintain checkout and entrance/exit areas, and resolve member issues.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services, assist with purchasing decisions, and locate merchandise.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Handle merchandise, zone areas, arrange and organize displays, and detect shrink and damages.
• Assist with training of new Associates, teach technology and tool functionality, and deliver new program rollout training.
• Execute emergency response procedures, maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation, and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.
• Demonstrate respect for individual differences, work as a team, mentor others, and act with integrity by upholding Walmart values.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results, making informed decisions, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and technology adoption.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
