Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain processes, ensuring merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to streamline network efficiencies.
• Research and analyze root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
• Conduct performance reviews of departments, distribution centers, and suppliers.
• Develop and present recommendations to improve supply chain execution and address conflicting goals.
• Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to guide operational execution.
• Lead process improvement efforts, proposing innovative solutions and continuous improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, supporting business initiatives.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a culture of respect and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/transportation OR 4 years’ experience in related areas. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis; Retail Logistics Operations; advanced degrees; Six Sigma certification.
