Job Summary

Manage the operations of the Inventory and Accuracy Control teams. Ensure merchandise is inspected and quality checked from a financial control perspective, and that all merchandise movement complies with company SOPs and best practices. Oversee cycle counts, manage inventory adjustments related to shrink, and collaborate with LP and Finance teams. Hire, train, develop, and lead the Inventory Control team across multiple shifts to streamline quality control and accuracy processes, reducing distribution costs and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of cycle counts across locations, and plan the annual cycle count program to meet financial requirements.
  • Address immediate issues by involving leadership when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Verify that shipped merchandise meets quality standards through accuracy checks.
  • Complete quality audits and report findings regularly to Operations.
  • Monitor building utilization and coordinate with teams to optimize space; support re-slot projects and inventory movement to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT and Engineering to resolve system issues and implement system changes related to inventory management.
  • Coordinate with the MC team on PO receiving reconciliation and problem solving.
  • Resolve unavailable quantity issues with Production Planning and address cancellation impacts.
  • Partner with Merchandise Control on RTVs and MOS pulls.
  • Work with Customer Returns to resolve item and order issues.
  • Manage damage product adjustments in partnership with Operations and LP.
  • Lead and develop the multi-shift Inventory Control team, providing coaching, feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a starting salary range of $83,100 to $106,000 annually, with actual pay based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Eligible for annual and long-term incentives.
