Position Title: Compensation & Stock Specialist
Location: Remote - USA
Position Overview:
The Compensation & Stock Specialist will provide support to H.B. Fuller employees globally in matters related to equity compensation. This role is responsible for administering equity programs, conducting stock analysis, and managing documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience in stock administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), database functionality, and data merging is required. In addition to stock administration, this position will also oversee the deferred compensation program, assist with annual proxy filings, and support other executive compensation initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Stock Administration (60%)
Partner with Legal for Proxy and Required Stock Filings (10%)
Balance Stock Plan Accounts and Monitor Stock Plan Spending (10%)
Manage Key Employee and Board of Director Deferred Compensation Plan (10%)
Additional Responsibilities/Projects (10%)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $84,000 - $110,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays.
