Responsibilities

  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment.
  • Establishes performance expectations and conducts regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards for success.
  • Promotes policies, procedures, mission, values and ethics, ensuring compliance and Open Door Policy usage.
  • Evaluates ongoing plans and initiatives, solicits feedback for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and supports community outreach events.
  • Develops and leads cross-functional projects, benchmarks industry practices, and uses data to inform decisions.
  • Manages projects with budgets and milestones, coordinating resources and communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Influences change by making data-driven recommendations and aligning with senior leadership on change initiatives.
  • Drives informed decision making for large projects with goals, risks, and mitigation strategies, and develops communication plans.
