Walmart Inc. in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Manager, Automation Engineering to lead the implementation and launch of a large-scale automated Walmart warehouse.

This on-site engineering role owns site execution, project management, and operational readiness. Responsibilities

• Own on-site implementation and launch for automated warehouse delivery and operational readiness.
• Manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality to track milestones, risks and execution standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with Operations, construction, Global Tech, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Interpret drawings, layouts, specifications and engineering documents.
• Support automation systems and build expertise in automation, warehouse, and buildings systems.
• Drive execution excellence by identifying risks, solving problems, maintaining accountability and ensuring quality.
• Communicate updates and maintain alignment throughout implementation and launch.
