What you'll do...Role summary: The Manager, Yield & Monetization will manage day-to day yield decisions and optimize yield strategies, including establishing the rate card, evaluation of inventory volume, analysis of performance data, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Sam's Club's long-term business objectives.

About the Team

The Yield & Monetization team is responsible for maximizing revenue, inventory efficiency, and business growth across Sam's Club's advertising portfolio. The team develops monetization strategies, optimizes pricing and inventory utilization, forecasts advertising supply, evaluates new revenue opportunities, and delivers business insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. Through a combination of analytics, yield management, and business planning, the team helps drive profitable growth and scalable monetization across advertising products and channels.

What you'll do

• Inventory Management: Own inventory management, including forecasting and monitoring inventory across verticals and Advertisers.
• Revenue Optimization: Maximize ad revenue by improving sell-through rate, CPMs, and inventory allocation. Ensure most efficient use of available inventory.
• Data Analysis, Reporting, & Insights: Leverage campaign performance data to analyze and identify new ways to maximize ad revenue and provide actionable recommendations to guide business strategy and decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Find opportunities for new ad products, formats, and strategies to increase revenue. Serve as a key strategic partner and thought leader for the advertising business and collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Measurement, Commercialization, Finance, and Technology teams.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.
• Excellent communicator, across multiple levels/functions with the ability to influence and drive action.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly and easily.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience in developing monetization strategies, inventory optimization, and campaign management.
• Highly organized and excellent time management skills with a focus on execution, ability to juggle multiple urgent requests, and prioritize responsibilities.
• A strong believer in teamwork, collaboration, and contributing to collective success.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
