Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club division seeks an experienced Manager, Advanced Analytics - Yield & Monetization to lead day-to-day yield decisions, establish the rate card, forecast inventory, and analyze performance data to support long-term objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Technology to maximize revenue and improve inventory efficiency across advertising products and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field and 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience in digital advertising data analysis, forecasting, and monetization is preferred.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory management including forecasting and monitoring across verticals and advertisers.
• Maximize ad revenue by improving sell-through rate, CPMs, and inventory allocation.
• Leverage campaign performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Measurement, Commercialization, Finance and Technology.

TheYield&Monetizationteamisresponsibleformaximizingrevenue,inventoryefficiency,andbusinessgrowthacrossSam'sClub'sadvertisingportfolio.Theteamdevelopsmonetizationstrategies,optimizespricingandinventoryutilization,forecastsadvertisingsupply,evaluatesnewrevenueopportunities,anddeliversbusinessinsightsthatinformstrategicandoperationaldecision-making.Throughacombinationofanalytics,yieldmanagement,andbusinessplanning,theteamhelpsdriveprofitablegrowthandscalablemonetizationacrossadvertisingproductsandchannels.

What you'll do

• InventoryManagement:Owninventorymanagement,includingforecastingandmonitoringinventoryacrossverticalsandAdvertisers.
• RevenueOptimization:Maximizeadrevenuebyimprovingsell-throughrate,CPMs,andinventoryallocation.Ensuremostefficientuseofavailableinventory.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Salary

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
