Job summary

SGS Consulting in Tallahassee, FL seeks an HR Offboarding Specialist to handle termination transactions within Workday or other HR systems. You will manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes, and coordinate final pay changes with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.

You will administer separation documents and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies throughout the offboarding lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
