Position Summary...

We’re looking for a Director to lead a team focused on creating initiatives for future strategies across Walmart’s omnichannel supply chain. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with expectations to deliver immediate results. You’ll be responsible for developing a long-term strategy and transformative path for Walmart’s growing omnichannel business.

What you'll do...

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of supply chain strategists and analytical leaders in an agile environment.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including cross-functional coordination, data analysis, modeling, and communication of insights.
• Build scalable supply chain models to optimize strategies, balancing customer experience with operational costs.
• Develop relationships within Walmart to identify best practices and gather support for initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and influence execution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Secure alignment and support from business partners for projects and drive change.
• Organize resources effectively to ensure project success.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced skills in data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in relevant fields, and experience with Python, Spark, Scala, or R are valued. Supervisory experience and knowledge of accessibility standards are also preferred.
