Want to help lead the way in redefining how we shop online? The eCommerce Director, Business Operations is a critical leader in enhancing our overall operating model, annual planning process, and strategic initiatives, focusing on building a world-class operating model, setting our team up for success and creating incredible customer experiences. This person will be responsible for setting the bar for operational excellence, helping to grow our eCommerce business, by developing and driving key strategic initiatives; shaping our Product Roadmap; building out robust process and KPIs; and identifying scalable best practices and site optimization efforts. They’ll drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help our eCommerce business.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
