Onivius is a real estate investment startup connecting high-net-worth international investors to luxury developments in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We’re entering our growth phase with first sales, construction partnerships, and increased international visibility.

We’re looking for a strong, strategic, and execution-oriented Chief Operating Officer ready to build an organization from the ground up.

Your mission :

1. Bring clarity, structure, and process to all operations.
2. Manage and expand the Sales, Legal, and Marketing divisions.
3. Scale operations to support rapid growth across borders.
4. Track KPIs and ensure profitability and excellence.
5. Collaborate closely with co-founders on all strategic initiatives.
6. Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performance team.
7. Assist in raising funds and contribute to investor relations.

Who you are :

• Startup-experienced or consulting background.
• Smart, analytical, structured – but hands-on.
• Obsessed with growth, performance, and quality.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Compensation :

No fixed salary at this stage. Instead, we offer :
