We are looking for a COO for our crypto asset trading company.

As Roof Stacks, we have been carrying out innovative projects since 2015. We aim to become a global actor in Tourism Systems, Extended Reality (AR/VR), Blockchain Technologies, Game Development, and Financial Technology, which are our areas of expertise.

We focus on creating a difference with the technologies we develop and designing the future. In addition to our central office in Ataşehir/İstanbul, we have branches in Antalya and Elazığ in Turkey.

We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure uninterrupted operation flow
2. Map and optimize all operational processes (customer transactions, money inflow/outflow, onboarding, support, KYC, etc.)
3. Ensure operational coordination between technical, legal, finance, and product teams
4. Prepare operational processes and manage risks in new product/feature launches
5. Establish regulatory-compliant, traceable, and sustainable operational infrastructures
6. Present operational performance reports to senior management

Qualifications

1. At least 7 years of operations management experience (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, technology, or crypto)
2. Knowledge of process design, service level monitoring (SLA), customer experience management
3. Experience in managing multiple teams in rapidly scaling structures
4. Preferably knowledge of financial operations, KYC/AML processes
5. Analytical mindset and strong decision-making skills
6. Competent in team building, motivation, and crisis management
7. Preferably good command of English
8. Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and data analysis tools
9. High learning agility capacity
