Base pay range

$72,050.00/yr - $108,000.00/yr

Position Summary

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring belonging awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

What you'll do

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Skills Development Manager to join Sam's Club Supply Chain. This is an entry-level salaried leadership role responsible for implementing training programs, managing change initiatives, and providing coordination with project teams to ensure successful delivery of training and change programs within our eCommerce fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs at the facility level, collaborating with other fulfillment centers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the execution and quality of change programs, incorporating change impact assessments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide leadership to project teams supporting change initiatives, establishing and measuring KPIs to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Act as an active member of the facility leadership team, sharing knowledge, coaching, and driving change initiatives through modeling appropriate behaviors.
  • Coordinate with facility and home office associates and leadership to implement corporate training and onboarding initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs leveraging associate expertise and resources to facilitate training for Quality, Safety, and People team initiatives.
  • Guide and execute the Leadership Development process across the facility, managing hourly associate training programs to assess and improve effectiveness.
  • Support associate engagement through learning opportunities, relationship building, cross-training, and promoting teamwork to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly.
