Responsibilities

• Build and scale USA-based contributor communities across platforms.
• Manage and engage with contributors via various channels.
• Coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs.
• Guide contributors on tasks and resolve issues.
• Develop a vendor and freelancer network in the USA.
• Maintain structured tracking of engagement metrics and reports.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills (USA market fluency)

Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Reddit, Twitter (X), Facebook

Ability to build and grow digital communities from scratch

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Organized approach to tracking, reporting, and execution

Understanding of crowdsourcing/gig economy/AI data ecosystem (preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field
