The position also requires modeling exceptional customer service, managing customer service initiatives, developing action plans to address deficiencies, and driving the financial performance of the store. Additional duties include supervising and developing associates, ensuring compliance with policies, promoting a culture of belonging, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence. 2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training is required. Associates must complete all job-related trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate in People and Business Leadership through the same programs, and experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
