Position Summary...

This role involves leading and developing teams by providing training, active listening, and feedback, as well as communicating and collaborating across all levels of store associates regarding operations, technology, merchandising, and company initiatives. The position also requires introducing and leading change efforts, setting clear expectations, and guiding teams to implement business solutions and communicate objectives effectively.

The successful candidate models exceptional customer service standards, manages customer service initiatives including community outreach, and ensures customer issues are resolved efficiently. They drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses, while ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow. They also oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and developing associates, ensuring diversity and inclusion, and building relationships with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting company values and ethics, and promoting a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence. Minimum Qualifications...
