Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives, and supporting community outreach programs. Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved, and develops action plans to address deficiencies, leading to a high-quality customer experience.
Drives financial performance by reviewing and evaluating profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develops and implements plans to reduce shrinkage and meet sales and profit goals.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties. Sets clear expectations, recognizes associates, and ensures a sense of belonging. Recruits and develops qualified staff to meet staffing needs and support company growth.
Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and measuring progress. Identifies and addresses improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Ensures compliance with company policies, standards of ethics and integrity, and supports the company's mission and values through action plans and guidance.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential, with additional bonuses based on performance and location.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements may apply for firearm or ammunition sales positions. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
