Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate credit card program types and application processes, and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services.
2. Provide Customer/Member service by acknowledging the Customer/Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
3. Maintain the car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate signage.
4. Follow company policies for handling claims, zoning, organizing supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring safety.
5. Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, organize the facility, and complete required documentation.
6. Operate equipment such as cash registers and tools to process customer purchases and operate gas station/car wash equipment in accordance with policies.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
